Interior room videos
Check out the following videos which show each room type at Thala Beach Nature Reserve. Coral Sea, Eucalypt and Jungle Walk Bungalows are identical in size and layout. The difference between the three room types is their location within the forest and their views – whether ocean, forest canopy or forest floor.
The Sandpiper Suite is Thala’s premier room with separate bedroom and living room and a large spacious deck with ocean and forest views. Outdoors, the Sandpiper Suite has an exclusive use forest area on the clifftop overlooking the Coral Sea furnished with sun lounges and dining area. The Sandpiper Suite is perfect for romance!
The Sandpiper Suite is our best room. Located on the top of a private headland, guests enjoy private ocean viewing spots amongst nature as well as extraordinary views from the spacious suite. An exclusive outdoor terrace on the clifftop has sun lounges and a private dining area overlooking the Coral Sea.
Coral Sea Bungalow
Coral Sea Bungalows have ocean, mountain and forest views and are located closest to the main lodge.
Eucalypt Bungalows have forest canopy views and are located throughout the native forest on Thala’s headland.
Jungle Walk Bungalow
Jungle Walk Bungalows are Thala’s lead in rooms, have forest views and are located on the lower sides of the ridge, approx 5 mins walk from the main lodge.
