Sashimi salad of yellow-fin tuna and Tasmanian salmon with a baby cress salad & mustard dressing
Hervey Bay scallops seared with steamed asparagus and garlic chive butter
Vitello tonnato with a smoked tuna mayonnaise, crispy fried onion, capers, anchovies and crusty bread
Fish of the day OR crispy pork belly with a red wine risotto, garden peas, spinach & lemon caper butter
