An informal atmosphere perfect for a drink or meal overlooking the beach and glimmering tropical sea.

“ On the way home before Christmas we made a list of our best experiences. We did not hesitate in selecting number 1. It was our own special evening watching the sunset at Herbie’s shack. Sitting barefoot at our table under the coconut palms, we were mesmerised by the sea. It became an aurora of changing colours quite unlike anything we had seen before. A wonderful night. Please pass on our thanks to the chef for our seafood dinner hamper delivered with a great bottle of chilled wine and candles. For us it was astonishing .”
